Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the expiry of the 14-day period by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, by e-mail to info@cockershop.com).
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and undamaged
- Be in its original, undamaged packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken (e.g., care products, shampoo, ear or eye drops)
- Products that are custom-made or personalised
How do I return a product?
- Report your return via info@cockershop.com, stating your order number.
- You will receive a confirmation from us with further instructions.
- Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address we provide you with.
After reporting your return, you have 14 days to actually return the product.
Return costs

In the event of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, the return costs are always at our expense.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days (including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery). The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to place the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Damaged or incorrect products
Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@cockershop.com, together with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible via info@cockershop.com, stating your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal as described above.
